Add custom blocks to portable text - part 2

As promised, part 2 of portable text updates. This time, how to add a lovely YouTube embed video object.

And as usual, there are some fantastic tutorials that already exist on this subject. So instead of reinventing the wheel, here they are:

I just want to say thank you to Knut Melvær for making really great tutorial videos (as I also used one to add code blocks to the portable text block in part 1).

Here's the sanity guide, and another tutorial page based on the same guide by Christian Lobaugh - pick whichever one takes your fancy! They are both super helpful explaining the abstraction/structure involved and how everything links together.

As Knut says, it would be so tempting to just take the embed code provided by YouTube and just spit that out. But follow the above and it will make everything just so much smoother, especially for usability in your studio.

And now this means I can add video updates to my blog posts! Wahoo!
